Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) is the easiest way to identify your Intel® Wireless Adapter and driver version.
This download record installs Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® version 20.60.0 and driver. Driver version varies depending on the wireless adapter and Windows* OS installed. There are three methods for you to download and update the Intel wireless bluetooth driver. You may not have to try them all. Just pick one to update the driver until you fix the problem. Select your operating system, and follow the steps to identify your Intel® Wireless Adapter and Bluetooth driver version.
- Right-click the button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select the Device Manager.
- Select Network adapters to expand the section and the Intel Wireless Adapter is listed. Example: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.
- Select Bluetooth to expand the section and double click on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth.
Note If you don't see the Bluetooth component, restart your system and repeat above steps again. If the issue persists, see Contact Support at the bottom of this page. - Select the Driver tab and the Bluetooth driver version number is listed in the Driver Version field.
- Right-click the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select Device Manager.
- Click Network Adapters to expand the section. The Intel® Wireless Adapter is listed. Example: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.
- Select Bluetooth to expand the section and double-click on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®.
- Select the Driver tab and the Bluetooth driver version number is listed in the Driver Version field.

- Click Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Right-click Computer and select Manage.
- Select Device Manager in the left pane.
- On the right pane, select Network adapters to expand the section. The Intel® Wireless Adapter is listed. Example: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.
- Select Bluetooth to expand the section and double-click on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®.
- Select Driver tab and the Bluetooth driver version is listed in Driver Version field.

As per the issue description, I understand that you’re unable to find and install the correct driver for Intel Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 + High Speed Adapter on your Lenevo Ideapad P500.
If you find any device with yellow mark right on the device, click on properties to get the error message details and post back here. For more information please refer. Error Codes in Device Manager.
Yellow exclamation mark under a device in Device Manager provides an indication that appropriate driver for that device is not installed or the installed driver is not configured properly or there is some driver conflict with other programs on the computer.
Windows finds and installs the device driver automatically through Windows updates, let’s uninstall the driver from Device Manager and restart the computer, Windows should automatically find and install the driver.
To uninstall drivers from the device manager follow these steps:
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
- In the search box type devmgmt.msc and then press Enter to open Device Manager Console.
- Select the Bluetooth device in the Device Manager window right click and click uninstall.
- Restart the computer and check if Windows installs the driver automatically.
If Windows fails to install the driver automatically, you will be required to find the correct driver and install manually.
